The transaction is expected to generate significant strategic and operational synergies, serving as a core building block of ่ฏ้ขๆ ็ญพ#LIPHโs platform by combining scale, recurring revenue, and direct patient access. It will also enable the rollout of additional products and services, including diagnostics, nutraceuticals, and AI-driven applications, while supporting cross-portfolio synergies and accelerating ecosystem integration.
